Miz Moss has been one of my all time favorite fashion inspirations to date. Embodying a frame of 5′ 7.5″ in a business of Glam-o-zons that tower over her petite frame, she has managed to make millions. You look at her & one can understand why.  Cruising around recently on this blog dedicated to the Icon, I couldn’t help but notice photo after photo where KM had a glass of champagne & a cigarette or just the cigarette in her hand. It made me want to run to the nearest 7-11 and buy a pack of smokes and then plop myself down with a bottle of bubbly. In those moments looking at those pictures, I realized that I wanted to relive “my old story,” the one where I kept searching for that glamourous life outside myself. {PSST…its all here inside my petite 5′ 5.5″ frame} I kept hearing myself say, “Kate Makes It Look So Damn Glamourous!”  I even called a friend & his response was, “Yah, the visuals are cool aren’t they?”

Several years ago I made a conscious choice to change my lifestyle. Too many late nights, not enough attention to the details in my life & I was deeply missing a consistent yoga & meditation practice. That tired feeling in the morning was no longer serving me. SO, I decide to challenge myself &  it is the best thing I have ever made a commitment to. I realized that it was hard to show up for anyone else when you can’t even do it for yourself.

I am living a life of optimum health, one of PERSONAL EXCELLENCE, being the best that I can be. It all starts with you! If you want to be of service to others, you first need to be of service to yourself.

SO Kate,  you do make it look so damn glamourous but I know the truth & how that glamourous life feels &  living your own TRUTH my friend, is more powerful than glamour! I’ll take this BEAUTIFUL life any ole’ day!
